Check before you broadcast
- Confirm the episode number and intended broadcast week.
- Choose the full-hour files or individual segments that fit your workflow.
- Keep the cue sheet with the matching audio files.
- Check any local-break and promotion instructions supplied with that episode.

Affiliate records and questions
Existing show records may include station information and quarterly affidavits. They belong in the authorized affiliate workflow, not in the artist’s single-submission form.
For a future access question, have your station name, show contact, and the email address used for the affiliation ready.
