Your information

Your release information and your private contact details serve different purposes.

While you prepare a form

The unfinished-draft option saves answers and supported files in this browser on this device. Keep your original files. Browser storage can be cleared, and a draft is not a submission.

When you submit

Submitting sends your answers and selected files to CD TEX for review. Contact and billing information are used to handle the request. They are kept out of the promotional release. The team receives a notification and accesses uploaded originals through its private workspace.

What appears with an approved release

Artist name, song information, approved artwork and audio, credits, promotional contacts, description and the links you provide can appear on release pages and in distribution emails. Your description is used exactly as submitted. Review those details before sending.

Other websites

Artist links, music platforms and community banners take you to other services. Their own policies apply. Older releases may play from Streamhoster. New release files use Cloudflare storage. Approved listening and download links can be opened by anyone who has the link. Audio loads when you choose to play.

Questions or corrections

Contact CD TEX about your information. Submitting a release does not subscribe you to every CD TEX mailing list. Use the Subscribe page to choose the updates you want to receive.
